520 Newport Center Drive is a Class “A”, 20-story office tower totaling 347,552 SF. Exterior is a travertine curtainwall with punched windows. The project has two adjacent parking structures: one 5-level, 407,201 SF, and one 4-level, 226,450 SF. totaling 1820 cars.  520 Newport Center Drive is LEED Silver certified.  Completed in 2014
